Policies for Certification, Shipping and Returns

We will only ship products to the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

We will generally use USPS or UPS for shipping when sending astrophotography prints. Shipping fees are displayed in each product category.

We will ship orders other than Metal Prints within a few days. All Metal Prints have to be custom ordered from the printer after you place your order. They are then mailed directly to you, so please allow 1.5 to 2 weeks for Metal Print orders and 2 to 3 weeks if they are framed. It is possible that these times could be longer, but we will try my best to meet or exceed these time frames. We will let you know if any issues will cause shipping times to be delayed. we will not be responsible for late, delayed, or lost packages from the shipper, but will be happy to work with you and the shipper to resolve the problem.

Metal Prints sized 16x24 (16x16) (12x24) and larger will be in limited editions of 250.  Metal Mini Prints 12x12, 11x14, 10x20 and 12x18 will be in limited editions of 300.   Metal Prints in smaller sizes, Photographic Prints, or any other forms of media, shall not be limited in quantity. 

All sales are final. If your package  is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper. We will inspect each product carefully before shipping, but if you feel it is damaged (other than due to shipping)  please contact us.  If you have any questions about a product, please contact us.
